In our continued efforts to support the Bowie Interfaith Pantry, Village will be “adopting a shelf” for breakfast bars. We ask that you pick up a package when you go to the store and drop it in the collection box. Other non-perishable items will continue to be accepted.

Come and See – Join us on Sunday, January 25th at 9:00 AM for the launch of our new worship service! Invite someone to attend. This new service will be a streamlined version of the 11:00 AM service. We will have some new music leaders and a diversity of musical styles. Sunday School will be immediately following the Worship Service. Come and See what the Lord has done for you.

Saturday February 28, 2026, from 1:00pm-4:00pm
Village Baptist Church will host a special training led by Jevon Billups, Mental Health and Wellness Coordinator for the DC Baptist Convention. He will present QPR: Question, Persuade, Refer, an evidence‑based program that equips participants to recognize warning signs of suicide and connect individuals to help. This training is open to anyone in our congregation and community who has an interest in supporting those in crisis.
Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for this important session.
